Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

How long should you cook stuffed mushrooms in Air Fryer?

It took Portobello Mushrooms 12 minutes at 200°C (392°F) in the Air Fryer. If you’re using small mushrooms, it should take 6 to 8 minutes.

How should you wash or clean mushrooms?

Mushrooms tend to have some dirt on their surface. If I’m preparing mushroom curry, I’d prefer to quickly wash these under running water, make sure to be quick as Mushroom tend to soak water and pat them dry with a kitchen absorbent.
However for this Air Fryer Stuffed Mushroom recipe, I have cleaned these Mushrooms with a wet kitchen absorbent and then wiped them lightly with a dry one.

Which mushrooms can I use for stuffed mushroom recipe?

I’ve used Portobello Mushrooms in this recipe, as they are large and accommodate more filling. However, you can you use any other Mushrooms available to you. If you are using smaller ones, make sure to reduce the cooking time as they would cook faster.
