Have been craving for this Combo and what better time than now to try your hands on what you enjoy the most!!

300ml warm milk
30gms instant yeast (2 tbsp)
50gms butter
1tsp salt
1tsp sugar
500gms maida/all purpose flour
50ml oil (keep some for greasing)
Sesame seeds


In a big bowl, mix together milk, yeast, butter, salt, sugar and some oil till everything combines well.

Add maida in batches to make a soft dough.

Knead a soft dough for few minutes till everything combines well. Keep the dough for proving for one n half hours in a greased bowl covering with a cloth.

Once proved, softly punch the dough and knead for two minutes and cut into three equal portions.

Grease your table with some oil and roll out one portion with a rolling pin or with your hands to a desired size and thickness your want. Cover and keep for 30 minutes till rises further.

Place it on a greased baking tray. Using knuckles or fingers press into the dough throughout. Naan1

Give it a milk wash and sprinkle some sesame seeds.

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes depending on your oven till the top is slightly brown.

Once done, spread some butter and cover and keep aside for it to cool down.

Similarly prepare all and enjoy with gravy of your choice!!
